SPA MANAGEMENT: OUR FLEXIBILITY, YOUR OBJECTIVES
Staying true to our mission, striving to adapt to the needs of entrepreneurs, we have created two types of Spa management services.
SPA MANAGEMENT
Our Spa manager will be at the side of your Spa manager. He will be in charge of coordinating your team of professionals and operators, he/she will liaise directly with you for all that is related to the daily management of the Spa.
Our Spa manager, supported by one of our project managers, will stand at your side as early as the pre-opening stage in order to follow the treatments menu selection process, the team selection and training, and all activities necessary to launch the Spa in the most appropriate way.
In addition, our marketing and communication team will work closely with yours before the opening to ensure a quick and quality start.
LEASE MANAGEMENT
In case you wish to outsource 100% of the Spa management, the lease management contract is certainly the best solution. We take care of all aspects: team selection, services offered, daily management of the Spa, purchases, sale, marketing and communication, quality control. No detail is left aside.
A full team will be available to support your project: project manager, Spa manager, and a team of operators and professionals who will help achieving the goals, both qualitative and economic, that we set together.
